The Winery Cà Du Ruja (House of Roglia ) , born with the great-great grandfather Charles in 1822 and continues with the next generations : Carlotto in the late nineteenth century ; Carlein in 1914 , and finally , since 1955 , the son Domenico, who , with his wife Elvira ,  develops up to 12 hectares attuali. Its vineyards guyot , are willing to a double amphitheater around the farm , like a pearl in its shell , where only changes exposure : south -east towards the house , south -west towards the collina. Il Raisin wine is the flagship wine production , where the winner is the tradition : selected harvest in crates of grapes Moscato and Brachetto , drying in the sun on mats and meticulous processing of the grapes in the winery . Such care and attention , has enabled the Cà Du Ruja from 2000 to adhere to the Slow Food Presidium of the Muscat raisin Valley Bagnario of Strevi , set up to safeguard the quality of the sweet wine of this particular geographical area .
